feeding resources

Use this reference page for products we love for feeding your baby- whether you are breastfeeding, formula feeding, pumping, or a mix of them all.

Feeding and Diapering Log

Use this log to track baby’s feeding and diapers in the first few weeks- this information is helpful in getting to know your baby and recognize patterns as well as to ensure they are getting enough nutrition.

Bring it with you to your pediatrician appointments - and use it to write questions for your pediatrician as well as notes on what they say during the appointment (there can be a bit of information overload)

There’s also a space to track any medications mom may be taking postpartum- the days tend to blur together at first, so this helps keep track!

We have a different sheet for Breastfeeding, Bottle feeding, and Combo feeding.

Breastmilk Storage Guidelines

Breastmilk storage…it can get confusing. You work hard for that milk so lets make sure we keep it safe! Print this chart out and keep it handy for a quick reference when figuring out whether you can fridge it, freeze it, or if maybe it’s time to toss it (NOOOO!).
